Can't Delete Files Or Folder

Hey guys, I've got an issue that I can't seem to resolve. I'm trying change the owner of a directory that seems to have been owned by a user that has previously been removed "The owner shows up as just the SID" I've tried everything from powershell commands to CACLS, ICACLS, attrib, you get the idea. Nothing works, they all say access is denied. I can't run chkdsk because I'm using StableBit's DrivePool and it doesn't support RAW drives.

All I do is want to is delete the dam folder!

I'm stumped.
