Can't Repair Backup Database

I tried multiple times to repair the backup database and it just won't work. I'm thinking I may need to tear it all down and start from scratch, but I've got about 12TB of data, so that's almost impossible to do.

Is there a way to create the backup database from scratch? I don't mind if I lose my old backups. I just don't want to have to reinstall WHS and offload all my data.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
