Boot Up..flashing Blue "i" Light

Hi guys, just randomly started happening today. I had to restart my server because it stopped responding and now when I power on the server I get a flashing "i" light with no HDD lights at all. (seems to be stuck in bios? cause a single tap on the power key will turn it off immediately)

Any help would be appreciated, I didn't do anything to the server recently other than installing a disk defragment tool 2 days ago.

Do I have to do a recovery? In doing so, would my files be still there?
