Recommended Hardware For A New Whs V1 Build?

So my current WHS v1 box is dying a slow death. I'd like to build another one, but I'm concerned with driver support and so forth. WHS 2011 isn't an option - DE, you know.

I'm looking at these AMD-based all-in-one MicroATX boards such as this - http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/AMD_CPU_on_Board/E45M1I_DELUXE/

Does anyone have experience with these low-power mobo/CPU combos and v1?
