Remote Access Using Sage Accounts

Hi All,
This is my first post so please bear with me.

I am trying to set up our small office network.
We have 4 PC's in the office with a HP microserver using WHS 2011
On the server we have a folder for our Sage 50 accounts.
All our PC's using Sage are pointing towards a folder within the server that holds the Sage accounts.
So basically any additions or changes that are made from any of the 4 PC's it is all made from the one file on the server.

Now this is working OK, but the problem we have is that our accountant also use Sage, but works from home. At the moment we get her to use Teamviewer, and she takes control of one of the PC's remotely and accesses the Sage from there.
This is a problem, as we can not use that PC while she is using it.

If i set up remote access for the server will she be able to use Sage on her PC remotely, and point the desitnation of the accounts folder ont he server. From looking at the screen shots of the WHS remote access it looks like it is done via a browser, if this is the case would i be able to get her PC to access the sage folder on the server, in a traditional way?

Am i making sense??
