Crashed Disk And Whs Freezes

I have a Fujutsi Scaleo 2205 with WHS v1 and system drive 1TB + 3 * 2TB drives

I noticed that one 2TB drive had a lot of damaged sectors and when I tried to remove it, it crashed.
I have tried several times to restart the server and remove the disk, but WHS freezes and I have to power down.

So I bought another 2TB disk and put it in the server
The old damaged disk is still present in the home server console.
I have tried to remove it (without having it present in the server) not working
When I do that WHS freezes

The start up of WHS is very slow now

I know that I have lost the data on the damaged disk, but I would really like to save the rest of the server.

Now I have file conflict and a lot of other warnings.

So my questions:
How to delete a non excisting drive in the server storage?
How to solve the file conflicts?
How to restore as much as possible from the crashed drive?
