Started Setting Up Vpn And Now Cannot Stay Connected To Internet

I was looking at setting up a VPN on my home server and I didn't get the exact steps I wanted to start setting up a VPN. After reset I can no longer access the Internet or see the server. I am tryon to remove what happened but have not had success.

Any suggestions?
