So I'm running WHS 2011 and been kicking arond the idea of upgrading, with server 2012 and windows 8 being here which would be the eaiser and better choice and why? To try to keep a fair comparsion please don't use price as a option.

Download and upload files remotely
Have about 20 users
16 TB of hard drive space
Store all my media on there
