Blinking Blue Health Light, Both Hd Lights Solid Blue

On an Asus TSMini home server.  Has been working fine for years with no problems.  Suddenly this afternoon, my WHS is not visible on my network.

The "i" Health light is blinking blue.  Both HD lights are solid blue.  The LAN light blinks intermittently blue with network activity.

I cannot access the WHS console.  Looking at the device list on my Tomato router, it appears that the WHS is occupying its static IP address.

I've tried to RDP into the WHS with no luck (I might not be doing it right?)

I've rebooted all network devices and my WHS twice.

Any suggestions to regain access to my shared files?  Thanks!
