Whs 2011 With Asus P8Z77-V Motherboard?

I'm a newbie here. Very nice site .

I am building my first server using WHS 2011 and an intel i5 processor with an Asus P8Z77-V motherboard.
I believe I have a driver issue. When I look in device manager I get the yellow ? In device manager ,
SM Bus Controller and Unknown .

I have installed the latest MEI V 8101263 chipset drivers for Windows 7 64 bit which I have read should work. I spoke to intel , Asus tech support and they blame each other.

Any ideas on how to fix this would be appreciated.
