Temporarily Prevent Remote Access And Close Upnp Ports

Hello,

I am using Server Essentials 2012 R2 and Remote Access works reliably but we only use the feature periodically.  Is there a recommended method to stop or pause Remote Access and automatically close the ports on the router using UPnP?
