Only Utorrent Traffic Through Openvpn

Hi,

I suscribed last week to an OpenVPN server provider.
Yesterday, I installed openVPN GUI, and I can connect.
Now I'd like only utorrent go through the vpn tunnel, and not all my traffic (use ISP connection instead)

On the "network and sharing center", I have two networks.
A public one, using my physical NIC and an "unknown network" using the TAP adapter.

I did some reseach, and a solution seems to configure gateway of the TAP and using a static IP, then use bind_ip option in utorrent.
But I don't know how to do and setup.

Can anyone helps me please
