Problem With The Subsonic Stream Guide

I picked up the WGServed "how to stream" Subsonic guide and I was trying to get it set up. I think I'm doing everything right, but when I enter http://localhost:8080/subsonic/. I am not greeted by the Subsonic login page. I get the following error message:

    Not Found

Honestly, I'm not quite sure what to do at this point. I've searched a little bit, but don't quite fully understand what I might have done wrong.
