Server Backup Issue

Hi,

A month ago I have successfully replaced the 60GB C drive HDD on my WHS2011 with a 120GB Samsung SSD drive. I have used the Samsung software to transfer the OS from the old HDD to the new SSD. No problems with this.

Since then the Server backup failed to do the daily task. The error message was: "There is not enough space on the disk"

The server backup included only the System backup and Operating system. I did not included any data as it is duplicated in my StableBit DrivePool (3x2TB HDD). Also the Client Backup is done in the DrivePool as well.

I thought that the server backup HDD was too small (200GB). I bought a new 1TB HDD and configured to backup the C drive only (120GB) onto this dedicated HDD. I had no success. I had the same message: "There is not enough space on the disk".

I do not understand why!!! What am I doing wrong? In the Server backup settings I have selected only the top 2 items: "System Backup (Recommended)" and "Operating System" leaving all the other drives unticked.

If I select only the Operating System, then I can do the Server backup. But if I add the System Backup as well then it tells me that "there is not enough space....."

Please help.

Thank you.
