No Lights On Wd Red 3Tb Drive

I have an EX 485 w/ WHS 2011 installed. Ive installed all software and my other drives work fine. Ive tested the lights with the tester and no issues.

I have a Intel SSD for main driver (operating system)

I have 2x 3 TB WD Red drives for data (Pooled w/ Stablebit)

Any Ideas?
