Hello,
I just got a new laptop that I wanted to connect to my server configuration which already manages 4 clients : 3 x W7 and 1 W8.1, since few years.
New laptop was in W8 first, then in 8.1 after update. In both releases, I am getting a permanent error message telling me that "connection is not possible due to software update ongoing or computer waiting for restart" and no way to know wether it concerns client being connected or server itself.
For both computers, no software update was ongoing nor computer waiting for restart ! I checked it by launching numerous Windows update and restarts on both Server and Client.
My new laptop is intended to replace old one in w8.1 already connected without any issue since a while. I tried to suppress old client from WHS with hope new one would replace it without issue. It didn't help. Moreover, I didn't succeed anymore to reconnect old one to WHS due to same error message.
So, I am know blocked with to clue to progress.
Could any one help me ?
