Bad Clusters On Drive

I just had a faulty c drive on my normaly trusty WHS 1.

I was able to save the drive by cloning it to a new Disk, and then the fun started.

After a coupel of reboots i WHS would not start i decided to run a check desk and some fauly clusters where found.

I remember i said someting with .Net 2 and someting else.

Now when i try to start the console it crashes, i still have the original "faulty" drive.

My plan was to try to repair / reinstall .net 2 if possible.

Anybody who has a sugestion regarding this?

The eventlog says this when i try to start the WHS Console:

The error that show up in the eventlog are attached, since i could not paste it in here.

Hope somebody can help would not like to loose WHS due to this
