Lights Out Recent Events Log, And Other Things...

I don't know if this has anything to do with anything, but last night I updated the BIOS on my server.  This morning I was at the server and getting ready to bring it out of sleep, at which time it must have read my mind and come alive on its own.  I was greeted by ctrl+alt+del, which is something is doesn't do when coming out of sleep.  I launch the dashboard on the server, went to lightouts and noticed the recent events log which said something like 'resume PCI something' (I want to say it said PCI to PCI bridge???), the next event was 'bootup'.  The bootup explains why I was greeted with ctrl+alt+del, but I have no idea why as I had left the server on as usual last night.  I noticed also that in the recent events tab, it only had events for the 20th, all previous events were now gone.

The PCI event happened at something like 4:48.

I checked the uptime, because it should have come on at 11:00pm and stayed on until 5:30am, there were only two other PC's in which to backup (clients), and neither of them were backed up (they didn't fail).  If appears in the up time chart that the server was off.

I don't believe any issues are to do with lightsout here, but another odd thing was the client PC that was left on intentionally just for getting a client backup, under the computers tab under lightsout, it was showing as off/sleep, but there was no 'wake' feature.  This client PC, along with the server are both wired to the router, sharing the same desk, same monitor (but not KB/mouse).  I clicked a mouse button and awoke the client PC.  After a minute, lightsout shows it to be awake, but under the section where it checks if lights out is installed on the client was a red '?'.  After another minute it changed to a green checkmark, at which time I initiated a sleep of that client PC, in which it did.

Getting back to the server having shown been off all night.  Both of these computers are connected to the same UPS, between the two at idle they consume about 80 watts.  The UPS is connected to the server via USB.  I don't think the server being off was a UPS issue since the other PC was still on (in sleep) and none of my clocks that reset if the wind blows hard were blinking in the house.  There have been times with this server, when I shut it down to install or remove a drive or anything, that after a few seconds to even up to a minute, that it just turns back on.  Is it possible the PSU is causing this?  I've never experienced this before on any other PC.  I'm wondering if the PSU just shutdown, which is why the server was off, and it was just coincidence that it came on when I was getting ready to turn it on?  I recently switched the components to a new case, but it had done this start up on its own after me manually shutting it down in windows, in the previous case a couple of times, a couple weeks prior to moving the components to a new case.

Any input would be appreciated.

As always, in the BIOS, it is set to remain off after power is back on.
