Hi Guys, I am wondering if I am doing something wrong, my launchpad (and server) are reporting alerts for every computer on my network, all the time! They give me alerts when windows updates are available (even when the client PCs are set to auto-update), they give me alerts when the virus protection is offline (even if it is just because the virus protection is updating), and they give me a bunch of other unimportant alerts (backups not being done on computers that are turned off, restart is required, etc). I know I can set the launchpad to display only critical alerts but that doesn't stop the WHS from logging and displaying them all alerts. After a single week of running WHS I have an alert list a page long with 99% of the alerts being unimportant. How do I stop this? I have 10 PCs on my network (mix of XP, Win7 and Win8) and some of them are only turned on when being used while others are on 24/7. Oh, and some of the alerts are false alerts that keep coming back, even after setting them to be ignored (PC needs a restart in order to complete an update even after a restart was done). Thanks
↧
