How Do I Delay The Loading Of Skydrive At Boot-Up?

This appears to be a simple one but for the love of me, I can't seem to figure it out.

I have the SkyDrive folder located inside the Drive Bender pool. The problem is, SkyDrive usually loads up before Drive Bender has had the chance to start up the pool so an error pops up that SkyDrive can't find the folder.

If it was a service, the delay can be set with ease but I don't think SkyDrive runs as a service. Or at least, I can't find it in there.
