i am having a few issues setting up the Exchange integration, i had successfully setup a Windows 2008 R2 sever with Exchange 2010 that until the Monday just gone was working with

my Windows Server 2012 Essentials server.

However on Monday we had a several power cuts that appear to have destroyed the os hdd from the Windows 2008 server.

i have repaced the hard drive and reinstalled Windows 2008 & Exchange 2010 and remove the integration without an issue but when it come to recreating the Integration it fails, i have checked the logs the only part that has an error is posted below but googleing it only has one result which while it is a simlar to my situation they had upgraded to Exchange 2013.

the error it has in the log is
