New And Updated: For The Record To Lights-Out For Whs 2011 And Whs V1

due to many requests I have restarted the development of For the Record to Lights-Out. Two versions are available for WHS 2011 and WHS v1. The focus is on WHS 2011. WHSv1 will still be maintained, but with low priority.
