Lights Out Newbie.... Cannot Put Into Standby

I just installed a new WHS2011 server and am planning on purchasing LO. I am using the trial version right now.

I installed the server and it initially did not have a sleep mode listed under power options.  I updated the video card driver and then I had sleep as an option.  The server will put itself to sleep after 30 mins.   Here are my issues:

1.  The "suspend server" option is grayed out when I right click the tray icon - should it be available?

2.  When I suspend the server from the dashboard - LO section - I will go off then come right back on.  I says - "PM resume [RealTek PCIe GBE Family Controller]  - what should I do.

3.  Also - if there is a LO best practices or getting started post please let me know.
