I've googled extensively my specific problem and can't seem to find a solution anywhere... help & wisdom appreciated!
I have an HP470 V1 PP3 2GB RAM with three drives. Original Seagate ST350063 System Disk (500GB) and 2 Seagate 1TB ST310005 Pool Disks. I've had trouble before with failing 1TB disks, and Home Server SMART (add-in) is again flagging that \PHYSICALDRIVE1 is failing with bad sectors and needs to be replaced. I assume that this is the second drive up physically in the MediaSmart cabinet?
In the Server Storage tab, all three disks are shown as healthy. So I need to remove one of the two 1TB drives in this tab, but which one?? They are marked identically, and are not listed in the physical order they are in the server (e.g. the 500GB system disk is in the lowest position physically and is shown as being in the middle of the three disks in the Server Storage tab).
Surely there has to be simple answer to this.... wisdom appreciated!
