Iis Pooched. Can't Access Remote Access Website

Hello all,

I have had a WHS 2011 machine setup and serving my household for about 2 years. In that time it has worked well. But last week I used the browser and ended up getting the Trojan ZeroAccess and it basically made my server into a bot. Luckily my DLink router stopped the traffic and other than a slow LAN we survived.

So in the aftermath of getting rid of the Trojan using Malewarebytes and other utilities I noticed that the website is no longer working. It basically gives me a 503.xx error. I think IIS needs to be reinstalled.

The backup feature of the server and file shares still works as before. Is there a way to repair or fix the website/IIS? I am guessing that either ASP is somehow messed up (maybe .NET?) or maybe the structure of the site was corrupted by the Trojan? I don't know.

I really don't want to reinstall WHS 2011 because I have all those backups and unsure of how to transfer them to a new serve. But I am planning to make a new server anyway to beef up my Media streaming. If there really is no solution to this I guess what I need is info on how to transfer my PC backups to a newly built WHS.

An help or pointers would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
