I am new to the world of Hemeservers and I think I have taken on a rather ambishis task.
I have been given a Dell 2850 wuth 2 3.4 dual core process, 4Mb Ram, 1 300 and 5x146 SCSI Ultra 320 drives. I have installed WHS 2011 and it seems to be set up pretty well.
My dream to to use it mostly and a Media Server in my home and load all of my CD collection and some dvds to it. I would also like to be able to stream some of it remotely, I want to aslo back other computers locally and remotely.
Think I am going to need a good bit of help. Chime in for thoughts please.
