I just installed a new Epson printer (Workforce 845) that has memory card slots. These memory card slots created a new icon in the Network section of the file explorer. The problem is that my WHS server used to have an icon in the network section, now that WHS icon is gone. With the icon gone mapping drives/folders from the WHS is more difficult (ie: I need to enter the full path on the WHS, instead of just clicking and drilling down to the path I want to map). Even though the icon is gone, I can still map drives on the WHS.
FYI ... recently I've had issues with adding WHS paths into librarys. I have a path set in my documents library, but I can't add this same path in the window that opens when I browse for a file to open on a web page. I get message saying I need to index the path, but according to WHS that path is indexed. So I have been messing with the indexing in an attempt to be able to add the path to the library. Not sure if messing with the indexing has created the problem of the WHS server icon not showing in the network section of the file explorer.
Thanks in advance for your assistance ...
