Acer H340 Data Drive Failing Too Full To Remove Drive

I have an Acer ah340 with four 1TB hard drives installed. One of the data drives is failing, however when I tried to remove it from the pool, there is not enough space on the other disks. I have purchased 2 new 2TB drives but I am unsure how to proceed.

Any guidance would be appreciated.
