Actaully, the title is not entirely correct.
I'm running WHS 2011 and 6 clients around the house. I just realized that when viewing the 'computers' tab in the dashboard all the clients are marked as offline. (they're not) They've also all dropped off the Lights Out uptime diagram. On the clients themselves, the Lights Out icon in the system tray shows the 'server offline' message.
What makes this a little confusing is that all the other processes seem to be ok. Clients backups are running, I can see the server and all the shares from all the clients, and I think the health alerts are still working too.
I'm guessing I must have stopped a service or something along those lines, but no idea which one, all the 'obvious' ones are enabled and running.
I'm stumped, suggestions?
Thanks
Whoops, I just saw the "Windows Update On 12/12/12" thread after posting this, seems like this is the issue. Going to go play around with it now.
