More Launchpad Issues

I just installed WHS 2011 on my HP EX490.  I can connect via the Dashboard and RDP with no issue but the Launchpad tells me the server is offline.  I have tried several fixes but no success thus far.  Interestingly, my icon is changing colors (is green right now) although that could be showing a local only alert.

I have set up my account but the Launchpad won't work.  Any suggestions?
