Hi
Im trying to get my server back up and running, and I keep running into issues with the connector app.
1. Im trying to reinstall the app on a Windows 8 machine which had it on previously. I uninstalled the previous version but now the new one gets 95% of the way and starts unwinding the green progress bar back to 0. It then says it encountered an error. No other help whatsoever. The machine is listed on the dashboard on the server but thats as far as it gets.
The name of the machine is the same, and nothing has changed on it since the previous server install.
2. The macbook has a similar issue. I download the mac connector but it says its still linked to the older install of the connector app. Ive deleted the app, the com.microsoft file, the application support > microsoft > launchpad folder, as well as a keychain for it. All this and still issues!!
Can anyone offer any suggestions/guidance as ive been at this for the past 5 hours and its annoying. All search articles lead to stuff that offers no help.
