V1 Upgrade Path, What I Need To Know

ok, have been reading over the last 2 days on how to upgrade from v1 when the time comes. Will manually move the data out of shared and into the new server to spare drives and reformat / install to the server.

What will I be missing from WHS2011? Heard duplication is gone but there is a 3rd party plugin to enable this feature again? Is that right?

Also, will WHS2011 be similar to v1 where there are 10 PC's that can be backed up, remote access, Client Console etc...? Also, what antivirus will work with WHS2011?

So much to consider, any help would be appreciated!
