Install Hp Whs V1 With Ms Cd

I bought a WHS v1 from HP for my brother in law years ago and it has worked fine, he called yesterday and it it seems the system drive is on it's last leg.
Dropped it off and in deed the drive is about dead. (seagate barracuda if anyone is keeping score)

I removed the drives and got all the data off the drives and want to do a clean install on new drives.
He does not have the original CD's (seems to be a common theme).

I have a MSDN subscription and have all the ISO's for all home server versions from MS.
But nothing from HP, I burned the restore CD from MS but it wants it on the optical drive on the machine. No such luck with the headless HP.

Is there a way to install this on the HP headless box? I've looked through the form for instructions with no luck.
