Stressed Out And In Need Of Some Help.. New Build But Having Hard Drive Issues.

I Have a Seagate internal 4TB hard drive as my 'main' drive. I performed a fresh install of WHS 2011 and it created a solid 2TB partition, a smaller 60Gb partition (system) and another 1.9TB (approx?) partition.. After getting all setup and running.. the server works great. Now for my headache..

I have (2) NAS Hard drives. They're WD 2TB (each) and are approx. 85% full. I removed the drives from the cases and put them into the server box and connected them via the on board SATA connectors (my mobo has 6) and have restarted the computer many times w/ different options. I do not have motherboard 'raid' activated. Most recently I have AHCI (I believe).. My Motherboard is a BioStar A55MH. I have 8gigs of memory.

When I boot the computer, if I go to device manager, all of the hard drives are listed. Both of the WD drives are 2TB Green WD20EADS drives. When I go to Disk Manager, the Seagate drive shows up with all 3 partitions (system, and both storage pool partitions). The WD drives show up with 4 partitions each. They say 'healthy, primary partition' however, they do not have drive letters assigned.

I have the SMART add-in for WHS 2011 and am able to access the SMART health status of both WD drives (they're healthy). The only options when accessing the drives in Disk Manager that's not 'help' or 'properties' is when I select the first 20MB partition. I can 'make basic volume' or something like that (can't remember what it told me)... I followed the steps on one of the drives but did NOT format that part. It shows 20 or 30MB as 'unallocated space'.. after I chose this option, It told me that it was going t create a 'dynamic volume' but I did NOT format that part.. Afterwards, now all of the partitions on the one WD drive have drive letters, they show up as 'raw' in Disk Manager and I was prompted to format them in WHS (I declined).. I have a large movie/music collection on these drives that I want to incorporate into my drive pool and if I lose this stuff, my wife will send me to sleep in the garage..

I have searched all over the internet looking for help and cannot find any. My intentions are to use FlexRaid once I get my data to show up and make my storage space into 'one big pool' but I've been up till 3am the last 2 nights trying to figure this out.

Any suggestions ?
