2 Questions About System Drive C:

I installed my whs2011 on a 60GB SSD drive, only the system, and some basic tools like rar etc., right now about 28GB used (system installed 4 month ago). Since it gets windows update constantly,
question one, is the drive big enough for 4-5 years updates?
question two, is there a way to mirror the 60GB drive to a 120GB drive, so I can swap them without reinstall the system?
