Using Whs2011 As A Personnal Cloud Server

Hi,

My HomeServer is now fully configured and working, and the next step is to build my own cloud server.
I have different smartphones running on multiple OS (android, WP7.5, WP8, iOS..) and I would like to synchronize data between them, with my home server as the central point.
I'd like to avoid data to be spreaded across different servers, such as skydrive, dropbox...

Do you know if a such solution exist?
With client and intergation for all mobile OS?
