Streaming From The Recorded Tv Archive Folder On Whs 2011

Hi all,
I'm new to this forum and have searched for an answer to my question but no luck.

I'm wondering how you access your recorded tv archive in Win 7 Media Center once it has been archived to WHS 2011?

Recorded TV from the WHS 2011 server does not show up in the shared tab in the recorded tv menu in Media Center so I'm wondering why this is and how you are supposed to watch you archived TV?

Recorded TV from the server folder does show up in the shared library in Win media player which is strange since it doesn't show up in media center.

I'd be very grateful for an answer to this as its been bugging me since setting up whs 2011 last week. Can't seem to find an answer on the internet anywhere!
