Can Not Access All Whs Videos From Bluray

I just purchased an LG BP 620 bluray player. I connected it and within less than 5 minutes I could see videos from my WHS. I then realized I did not see them all, only 8 of ~ 100. I am not sure why. I thought permissions, but he folders have the same permissions. Not sure about owner.

I rebooted the whs and now about 40 show up. Not sure if from something else I did. Seems like if I copy a folder to my laptop, and back to the whs, then it shows up. That worked on 2 of 2 I tried.

Any ideas if this is a permission problem on folder or a db issue. I read something about rebuild the db, but that was WHS 2008 based, not for WHS2003.
