Drive Suddenly "not Added"

I have seen this discussion a few time in my research but have yet to see a resolution.

I am getting reports on my client pc's from the whs stating that a drive has failed. When i remote into the server and open the whs console the drive appears as "not added" but still reflects its proper capacity. The drive shows up in the windows explorer and i can view the files so the drive must not have failed.

Anyone know how to get the whs console to recognize this drive as added again?
