How To Use Whs Home Page (Xyz.homeserver.com) To Have Links To Websites On Localhost?

I have had WHS for several years, I recently setup Gallery 3 on ubuntu on a seperarte server on my LAN. I have dynamic IP from my ISP. Currently, the WHS remote access page has links to subsonic webserver (hosted on WHS). This is helpful because I do not need to use dyndns etc.

Is there a way for me to add a link on my WHS home page which can point to Gallery 3 running on ubuntu?
