Handbrake Profiles In My Movies

I have exact .iso backup files of my DVD's (ranging in size from 5GB-8GB) and I would like to stream them remotely when I am away from home, but the quality is pretty bad... I am using Apple TV 2 profiles now and they are coming out to be about 1GB MP4. Is there a better profile out there for streaming to a laptop?
