E2160 For Whs 2011

Ok, I feel it will be good enough but just want to be sure. I'm building a WHS 2011 for a friend, and he doesn't want to get too expensive if possible. He's spending money on hard drives, and I have an e2160 cpu (which is 64 bit architecture) and a Gigabyte GA-P45T-ES3G motherboard lying around I can donate to the effort.

Will the cpu and motherboard have enough strength to run the WHS adequately as a storage and backup server? I know the mb has only a 4 + 1 pwer phase solution, so the e2160 will probably only be able to overclock a little. The board does however, appear to be an energy saving board, which could come in handy in addition to the low power use of the cpu.

Just looking for input on if I would be able to make use of this hardware for him or look elsewhere. Thanks in advance!
