Motherboard Replacement

Hi All,

I own a WHS for about 4 years, it was build on a Shuttle Barebone Type K45 (http://us.shuttle.com/barebone/Models/K45_Spec.html). On those type, the capacitors died after a will. And the WHS does not boot anymore. the same happend to my, and i replaced all the capacitors, after that all was fine again.

On the moment my homeserver died again, and i think du to the same problem.

So my quistion is, can i replace the motherboard of the Homeserver without loosing any files??

I can't find a good source on the internet that can answer this quistion (or i did not do my search not well enouge)

Any help is really appreciated, i don't like to loos 2Tb of music and about the same on pictures.
