The server is registering 100% CPU usage but it's not clear to me why this is. None of the processes are shown to be using much CPU, disk management shows little disk activity, the server is not doing a back up, and I'm not streaming anything. Any ideas?
Well as I am typing now the CPU usage is fluctuating between 70-90%. Now it's at 100% again.
I think this may be related to a client PC running Windows 7 overwhelming the server somehow when bringing up Windows Explorer. The client is stuck loading the "Computer" page where there should be a list of drives.
