Hp Ex470 Stop Running

Hi

My EX470 just die and I was thinking of buying a box with eveything except drives and used the EX470 drive from the dead box and put it in the rigth position. My question is..would it works or should i try to found on the web a EX470. Do not want to loose all the stuff.
