So I started having a problem with the backup service hanging while starting on my client computer. That wouldn't let my computer shutdown properly and would hang on shut down. Would have to hold to power button to shut it down. Would also hang when I tried uninstalling the connector. So I tried going in an manually deleting everything and removing all the entries from the registry. Computer wasn't terribly happy after that so I did a repair install on windows. Now the computer is working well but the connector will not install. Keeps saying "An unexpected error has occurred. To resolve this issue, contact the person responsible for your network."
