Monitoring Google Drive

I recently loaded up good drive to sync some large files on a ad hoc basis.

On my conditions for sleeping is to not suspend if network load is over 300k. Basically if I'm downloading something.
But my upload is very slow thanks to my crappy ISP.

My question lights out has ability to scan processes. Does anyone know what processes to watch when google drive is syncing. Or any other way to not sleep while it's syncing.
