Shared Folders Tab Gone

Hi
For some strange reason I cannot see my shared folders in the "folders and hard drive" tab any more.
The background to this is toooo long to try and explain (if necessary I’ll try) but hope someone can give me an advanced guess how to get it back.
As of now, I can’t even create a new folder within the dashboard.
