Lights-Out And Ups

Hi,

I just installed an UPS yesterday, and I wonder how lights-out deals with it.
I have about 40 min battery capaciity, so lights-out can put my server into sleep during this battery time...

So with my computer in sleep mode, will the gracefull shutdown when battery is low work?

Any configuration can help?
