I’m very new to this forum so, hopefully, this is an easy question to answer!
I’ve installed WHS 2011 as a VM using Virtual Box on a system running Windows 8 Pro. Everything seems to be fine except that whenever I attach a USB drive to the server, whilst it is seen in My Computer, it does not appear in the Hard Drives section of Server Folders and Hard Drives on the WHS Dashboard. I’ve tried different drives and different USB ports. I’ve tried with and without formatting or drive letters but all to no avail.
Is there something obvious I’m missing?
